Terms of Service

Arena2026Digital.com ("we", "us", "the platform") is an independent digital advertising service. We provide match-day spotlight listings for small and medium businesses during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, its subsidiaries, or any official tournament organiser.

To use this platform you must be at least 18 years old, operate a legitimate business, and have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of that business.

When you book a match-day spotlight: • You agree to provide accurate business information, a genuine logo, and a real fan offer (if included). • You confirm you have the right to use all submitted content (logo, text, images). • You understand your listing is subject to review and may be rejected if it contains false, offensive, or misleading content. • Confirmation is sent within 24 hours of booking. Your spotlight goes live at 9:00 AM on match day and runs until the final whistle.

• Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation email. • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. • Invoices are issued upon request.

See our separate Refund Policy at /refund.php for full details. In summary: full refunds are available up to 7 days before your match date. No refunds are issued within 7 days of the match.

Ticket orders placed through Arena2026Digital are subject to: • Our team sourcing tickets from official channels on your behalf. • Delivery of your ticket invoice by email within 24–48 hours of payment. • All sales being final once tickets are issued. • Our liability being limited to the amount you paid if tickets cannot be sourced.

Submitted content must not: • Contain false or misleading information about your business. • Include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material. • Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. • Advertise illegal products or services. We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time without refund if these guidelines are violated.

Arena2026Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
